§. 6. Referees deputable.

Art. 1. If, on any occasion, the parties or each one should
agree to choose each one an arbiter constitute an arbitrators, one on
each side, the two na arbitrators for securing to secure a majority be choosing choosing an umpire for
the purpose of forming a majority, the Judge may for that the Judge if he think fit

constitute for the purpose constitute for that occasion only the arbitrators and umpires together are termed Referees. Each of these three referees, the judge if he thinks fit, may constitute
to appoint each of the arbitrators, a Judge Depute and
as also concerns the umpire,
for that occasion only a Judge Depute:

Art. 4. Of every judicatory, bod the order of orders body-prehensive

Art. 5. In case of disagreement, the orders of each every

Judge Appellate, if they be under different Judges Appellate
then to the Ju Justice Minister: if they be Judges Appellate
then also to the Justice Minister.

Art. 2. On this occasion the function of Registrar is performed
by the Umpire: proceedings public or private, at the discretion of this the
three referees. But, if any examination made by them – the
effect is no other than that of an original examination, as
distinguished from a subsequent recapitulatory examination, fore a Quasi-Jury,
as per Ch. XVI. §. 1.
