§. 3. Remuneration
Art. 7. Art. 1. If proposed or freely agreed to by the parties on both sides, a
Judge Depute occasional does not stand inhibited from
the acceptance of remuneration to any such amount and amount and in any
such lawful shape as shall have been agreed on.
Provided that in this case the remuneration shall be

Art. 2. On this occasion, it will belong to the Judge

principal to be upon the watch, and to take whatsoeer measures may be
necessary to prevent the all prolongation of the time for the augmentation
of the reward.(a)
