Objection: As to those same evidence-securing
and execution securing mandates of the Referees, if
compliance is be not experienced by them, either
they will be enforced it will be compelled by the Judge principal, or they it will not.
If not the authority of those same Referees will amount
to nothing. If yes then will he issue the requisite mandate,
as of course and without examination, or he will
take the examination into his own hands: for which purpose
the least thing he can do is to take the in hand
the record, in so far as it goes, and read it.
