Enactive
Art. 1. or Of these Referees, the number
may be either one or three, as the parties can agree
shall have been agreed: not two of any gre number greater
than three.

Art. 2. or Whether the number be one or
three, a Registrar there must be. If the Refe there be
but one Referee, he may be commissioned comprized authorized by the parties
to act as Registrar: or some other person must act be commissioned
by them to act
as Registrar.

Art. 3. or So if there be three Referees any one of them
may be commissioned authorized to act as Registrar; or some
