Constitutional Code. Ch. XIV
§
Instructional

Instructional continued.

In the order in which they are thus enumerated more and
more apt are Suits to wh produce a demand for the location
of a Depute occasional. In each local situation the number
of those daily and hourly agreements taken more and more by what the business of
life is carried on, will in general be subject to both variations.

Simple vituperation and simple corporal vexation are
the results of quarrel: quarrel sudden and extensive is everywhere,
especially in Cities and other places where the population
is dense liable at all times to be produced by discordance
of opinion and affection produced by opposition of local
and of national interests.

Suppose now upon the paper as the phrase is – ten suits
of probable degree of lengthiness as yet unknown or known
to be different. Suppose on a sudden interval on the paper in the course
of the same day, twenty demands for compensation, on the score
of simple vituperation or simple corporal vexation on the occasion in consequence
of some quarrel, the existence of which is matter of notoriety,
in the whole neighbourhood of the Justice Chamber, and consequently
to the Judge. They are all of them of that sort in which
it is known by experience that a multitude may be heard and determined
in the course of one and the same sitting: as in the case
of the English Small Debt Courts. To these then of some of them,
there may be in respect of the reduction of delay, to use in giving
the in preference to the ten Suits which they found already
upon the paper.
