This feature as the weakness which by means of some of the
above mentioned features the Jury system this portion of the Adjective branch of Law keeps infused in a certain
parts portion of the corresponding substantive branch: namely
those which have for their object the maximization of the
power of the many few at the expence of the security of the
many.
