Ch.XV Quasi-Jury
S.1. Field of Service
Art 12 At the recapitulatory, no evidence is exhibited
that was not exhibited at the original examination:
if, ofmay part of that so exhibited, deposition, actual or virtual, has
had place, the defg supply to the deficiency is made
from the minutes S as per Ch. XIX.S.1: and, with consent parties, the reexhibition
of any article of evidence may be omitted.
Art. 13 At this same Quasi-trial may be
argued or reargued all questions of law: and, in that case, if all
parties consent, reexhibition of the evidence need not
be made.
Art. 11 Should it ever so happen, that by the number of
sittings necessary expended before the suit is ripe for decision the regular
length of service appointed for a sit of Quasi-Jurors, as few
has been exhausted, they must be detained for whatsoever
further length of time fornumber of days, is necessary, unless by consent of parties
matter can be so ordered, as that a decision one this or that some point
shall have been made with the aid of that one Quasi-
Jury, the decision for on that on what
remains of this matter of the suit being reserved for another Quasi-Jury.
