Art. 45 : Of Ordinaries and Selects taken together)Of Ordinary Quasi Jurors - Of these there are two tests:
1 the regularly servingprincipal attending test: 2 the supplemental test: the supplemental

or to one and the same ServingQuasi-trial, sittings by adjournment may be

supposed attendant numbers may admitt of being diminished, or will require to be augmented.
