§.1 Field of Service

Art. 7. The Judge has power to perform a recapitulatory
examination, of his own motion, for
the satisfaction of the public or of his own conscience:
exceptions excepted, as for he is bound to do so, on petition made application petition presented by a
party on either side: security, for eventual copensation
for the delay vexation and expence, being found by the applicant
as per Procedure Code.

Art. 8. When it is of his own motion, he pronounces
not any definitive decree till after a the Quasi trial has
been performed: when on petition, decrees such
as, but for such petition will be definitive – say
eventually definitive are pronounced by
him, and to these decrees the petition bears reference.
