§.1 Field of Service

Art 16. Art 17. On the any of these same incidental occasions of their as per Art. 15.
abovementioned, as to whose see Art. 15
service, as per s§.4 Art 12, and the exercise of this function,
they give their sanction or refuse their approbation to any
such petition, as per the occasion in question
has been by any party, in consequence
of the
petition, by which the hearing on which
they serve this sanction has been produced. This approbation they give either simply,
or with any such amendments modifications as they think
fit. So likewise their opinion, with or without
proposed amendments, on the subject of any decree
or mandate which, on that same occasion in question the
Judge may have thought fit to pronounce issue.
