Art. 1. Function of Quasi Jurors are these
which follow.
1. The auditive.
2. The lective.
3. The Inspective.
4. The Orally Interrogative.
5. The Commentative
6. The Opinative.
7. The Appeal-licencing.
Enactive.
Art. 2. Of these functions, their exercisable
by each individual are all but the opinative
and appeal-licencing: these, no otherwise than
by the body.

Art. 3. Of these all but The appeal-licencing
excepted, all these functions belong in common to Quasi Jurors and the Judge,
as to which function Of the Judge's elementary
functions as per Ch. XII. §. 9, the imperative and that
alone belongs to him to the exclusion of Quasi Jurors.

Art. 4. I. Auditive function. In the exercise
of this their auditive function, a Quasi Jurors hears
all discourses capable of serving as grounds for
the formation of the Judge's decrees: and moreover
all discourses of the Judge, whether addressed to
them them the Quasi Jury or any of them or to any other actor on the Judicial theatre.

Art 5. II. Lective function. In the exercise
of this their function, they he shares with the Judge
in the reading of all written, or otherwise visibly
expressed discourses, capable of serving as
grounds for the formation of his the Judge's decrees.
