§.4. Located how

Enactive. Expositive. Raciocinative

Art 23. Out of the County-Liable List and the
Town Liable List respectively, are formed the Select
Liable List, and the Ordinary Liable List.
So, out of the Town Liable list.

Art 24 To the Select liable list as per Art. 1., belong among
those whose names are in the general Liable List,
all those, (exceptions excepted), by from whom (as per Art 17) appropriate
application to be admitted thereupon has
been made received. by such application, they a man disqualifies
themselves himself from receiving subsistence money,
as per §.5. On the other hand, he enjoys the distinction
conferred by the functions attached to his
situation, (as per §.3. Compensation Functions)

Art 25. To the Registrar of the Judicatory,
whether Immediate or Appellate, it belongs, out
of the Country Liable List, as furnished to him by
the Quasi Jury Minister (as per Art. 9, 10.) to frame for the several
Quasi Jury Examinations, the several Destined
Attendance Sets for the several weeks or the year,
and, from time after time, each time in such number as from time to
time the service shall have required, to accerse
or say Summon them respectively; and each time, in case of default,
to accerse Town Liables to take the place of Defaulters.
