§. Weeks Quasi Jury how formed
§ Weeks Serving List Quasi Jury how formed
Art. 1. Every person who serves in a Quasi
Jury serves on some week in the year, and exceptions
excepted for every judicial day in that week, and in no
other week. The list of those who serve are actually destined in that same
week is called the actually weeks destined serving list: the list of those
who, if there be any differences, actually serve out the
whole of the time in that same week is called the
actually serving list, the list of those who having been
destined fail to serve is stated the Defaulters list:
they may be respectively the defaulter of the whole week, of defaulters
of such a so many or such and such days in that
same week. Of defaulters from the rest of the
Judicial territory the place is filled by supplementaries from the same
Town in which the Judicatory is stationed by Supplementaries
convened summoned at short warning: in default
of any such convened Supplementary, his place is
filled by the Judge out lot out of the Probationary Lawyers
in attendance, and if there be none out of all other
persons parties and their assistants excepted attending in their character of Judicial Inspectors.
Art. On each week in the year Quasi-Juries are in more as above, as
any formed and serve, one or more according to the exigency of the service.
