Constitutional Code. Ch. XVI. Quasi Jury
§. Weeks Quasi Jury how formed

Art. The common source out of which all
Quasi Juries the actually serving Quasi Juries for of every day in the year
have been drawn is the Quasi Juries list as entered
in the Quasi Jury Book.

Art. The source from whom Quasi Jury list is extracted
is the list of persons entitled to Vote in Elections as
Householders, under the Election Code. It is composed
of the Householder who remains after the such elimination
made as on the several grounds hereinafter mentioned will
be made.

Art. 5. The Of the list of the persons destined to
serve in the several weeks in the year in the each Immediate
Judicatory the composition is the result of the joint operations
of the Quasi Jury Minister and the Immediate
Jury Judiciary Registrar: the Registrar taking for the subject
matter of his operations the list furnished to him by
the Minister.

Art. 6. Subject to destruction by the for
cause reasons assigned by the Justice Minister, the Quasi
Jury Minister of and for each Judicatory is the Vote-taking
or say Vote Clerk of the Subdistrict, located as such as
per Election Code by the Election Minister. To him this functionary
as such are necessarily and constantly known, the
persons of all Inhabitants who have actually delivered their on any
occasion each his Vote their respective Votes, as also with by their relation
to their respective Habitations, all places other Inhabitatants entitled
to deliver their Votes.
