§. Weeks Quasi Jury how formed

Art. 7 Of the operations of the Judiciary Registrar
the subject matter is a list furnished to him by the abovementioned Quasi-Jury
Minister: it is stiled the All-comprehensive Matricular or
say General Quasi Jury Liable list of the Sub District.(a)
(a) For the Appellate Judicatory, of the District.

Art. 8. The Matricular or say General
Quasi Jury Liable list is extracted out of the Househo has for its source such
of the Electors of the Sub District as are Householders.
It is formed by eliminations made of a portion of
the whole number those same householders on the ground of one or other of several divers causes of elimination hereafter mentioned
by which they are respectively aggregated to so many eliminated list.

Art. 9. Persons eliminated out of the All-comprehensive Matricular list are either
excluded or exempted. Those who are stand excluded
are not admitted to serve, although they were to apply
for permission to serve. Those who are exempted are
not obliged to serve therefore were they called upon
to serve: but on application, they are admitted of course
and placed on the Voluntary serving offering Liable or say Volunteer
list.
