§. Weeks Quasi Jury how formed

Art. 15. Proposable grounds of exemption are
as follows

1. Habitual Infirmity of body examined

2. Habitual infirmity of mind.

3. Superannuation to wit on presumption of relative
incapacity through infirmity; or, in respect of extraordinary vexation
by the fatigues and discomforts of travelling
and extra domestication extra habitation.

4. Preoccupation private: as in the case of Seafaring
men, Medical men, and Professional Lawyers: and
persons the nature of whose professional occupation does not admitt
of their being carried on for the space suspended for so longe a space time as that of a week together
suspended suspended, or carried on by substitutes.

5. Inaptitue through an acquaintance or Foreignership: that is to want of sufficient
acquaintance with the language in which the proceedings
are carried on.

6. Absentation from home.
