Art. 15. Proposable grounds of exemption are

by the fatigues and discomforts of travelling
and extra domestication extra habitation.

4. Preoccupation private: as in the case of Seafaring
men, Medical men, and Professional Lawyers: and
persons the nature of whose professional occupation does not admitt
of their being carried on for the space suspended for so longe a space time as that of a week together
suspended suspended, or carried on by substitutes.

5. Inaptitue through an acquaintance or Foreignership: that is to want of sufficient
acquaintance with the language in which the proceedings
are carried on.

6. Absentation from home.
