§. Weeks Quasi Jury how formed

(1)
Art. 18. The Exempted List constitutes an Appendage
to the Liable List. Where the ground of exemption
is temporary the name of the same person may be alternately in at one time
the Liable list are at another time in the others of the the Exempted Exemptible List, at another time in the Liable Lists:
not and so for any number of times.

Art. 19. In time of peace, and apprehension of
imminent war excepted, as per Ch. X. Defensive force

Art. 20. Out of In the General Liable List, as in the Exemptible list will be

Town Liable List. To the County list belong all who do not
belong to the Town List. To the Town list belong all
