§ Weeks Quasi Jury how formed

Art. 21. Put of the whole County interval of County Locable list
as well as Town in County Town and the Town Locable list respectively are formed the Select
Locable list, and the Ordinary Locable list.

Art. 22. The Select Locable list is formed out of belong
the Ordinary the General Locable list. To it belongs
all among those whose names are in the General Locable
list all those exceptions excepted, by whose being d appropriate
application for admission to be admitted thereupon has been
made. By such application they disqualify themselves
from receiving the subsistence money as per §. attend at the
expence to the Ordinance for their expence of journey to
and from the seat of judicature and during
the time of service. On the other hand, after upon serving each
two weeks of service no Select Quasi Juror is bound obliged
to serve either in the same or any suceeeding year
at that same or any other judicatory, until all
others have served who are bound to serve have actually
served: and he enjoys the distinction conferred by the functions allocated to his
situation (as per §. 2. ) as by the appropriate
Habiliments as per Ch. XII Judiciary collectively,

Art. 23. To the Registrar of the Judicatory, whether
Immediate or Appellate it belongs, out of the Country Locable List,
or furnished to him by the Quasi-Jury Minister, to frame
for the several Quasi Jury Examinations the several District
Attendance sets for the several weeks in the year, each time in such
number each time as from time to time the service shall have required,
to accerse them or anyone them respectively,
and each time in case of defaults, to cause summon them accerse Town Locables
to take the place of Defaulters.
