§. 1. Functions

Defendant.

has concurrent authority
with party specially
injured.

information given
spontaneously by an
individual to Pursuer

charged with the suit,
Judge will communicate
the Evidence
to that time received
as per Record. In so
far as he was attendant,
it must have
been known to him
if attendance.

on hearing
the evidence on the
original examination,
Judge will determine
whether to
charge with the pursuit
1. An individual or
individuals alone.
2. Pursuer General
alone.
3. Or both in conjunction.

Art. 3. Danger of collusion
apart, individual
or individuals
able and willing
to defray the unavoidable
costs, will
be preferred to Pursuer
General.
