§.1. Field of Service.

Art. 1. Same as Judge's, Pursuer
General local field of service
Art 2. In so far as Government
is a party,
Public Pursuer General at the Judicatory acts
as it's substitute.

1. Non-penal cases.
2. Penal cases, purely public.
3. Penal cases private-public or publico-private.

its substitute.

Government is party.
As to Government property,
or portion thereof,
judicial contest
between Government
and individual or body,
to where to the individual, if

demanded of him,
whether performable by conveyance
of property, or by compensation
for damage,
from some act, positive
or negative.
