Immediate Government Advocate
§. 1. Field of Service.
Art. 1. The same as that of the Judge, is the Pursuer Immediate Public
General Government Advocates local field of service.
Art. 2. In all judicial cases, in which so far as Government
is a party, the Public Pursuer General he acts as substitute
to the Government.
Art. 6. Cases in which Government is a party.
These Art. These cases are either
1. Non-penal cases
2. Penal cases purely public, or
3. Penal cases
private- publico private. otherwise stiled privato-public.
Art. 3. Art. . On which soever side the station of
the Government in the case in question is, namely the Pursuer's, or theDefendants, the Pursuer
General acts as sub officiates as its Substitutive.

Art. 7. 5. 1. The I Non-penal cases in which Government
is a party. These are those, in which, in respect
of some article portion of property the aggregate of the mass
of property belonging to the Government as trustee for
the public, or some any some this or that portion of that same aggregate,
a contest judicial contestation has place between the Government on the
part and some individual or subordinate body
on the other part; no crime in any shape being
imputed, on the occasion, to the individual, if on
