§. 2. Relation to Judge

Art. 2. Detective function Nevertheless the Pur by his situation the Pursuer
General is in a peculiar degree qualified for acting as
the exercise of the Inspective function in relation to that of the
Judge. If then in his eyes the conduct of the Judge as such is
on any occasion in any way deficient in any branch of appropriate aptitude,
it is matter not only of right but of duty, to give
information accordingly to the superordinate authorities, in like
manner as if it were the case of a delinquent in any other
situation.

Art. 1. To the power of the Judge, as exercised by
his imperative several functions, imperative as per Ch. XI. §. 7
and sedative as per Ch. XI §. 8. and aid-compelling
as per Ch. XI. §. 9. the Pursuer General Government Advocate, in the same
manner as any other actor in the judicial theatre or
is do subject
or any private individual, is subject.

Art. 2. But, so likewise in case of any misconduct
in any shape on the part of the Judge, as to every other
such actor, so to the Public Pursuer General Government Advocate does it belong, to
give information thereof to the several superordinate authorities:
namely, to the Appellate Judicatory, by special and appropriate
representation application, followed, if need be, by regular
pursuit; and at the same time, to the Legislative and
through the medium of the Public Opinion Tribunal, to
the Legislative and Constitutive authorities, by any
such means of publicity as the circumstances of the
case affords:

Art. 3. In On every such occasion, in virtue of his office, and in consideration
of the special means and appropriate means of information which by reason of the situation and
belonging to his office he possesses, it is not only matter not only of
right but of duty for him on every such occasion so to act: See above

and in case of any such misconduct, should if it be sufficiently
manifest that the neither the actuality nor the criminality thereof were
unknown to him, he may be to suffer as the accomplice.
