Ch. 1. Members of the Administrative Sub-Departments – Functions belonging Matter arrangements applying to each all.
§. 1. Sub Departments of the Administrative
Art. 1. Under Within the Administrative Department are
the or say the Administrative branch of the Executive Deartment,
are the Sub Departments were eleven Sub Departments following. In each of them the whole conduct
of the whole business is in belongs to the hands of a Minister. Each D Sub-Department
takes its denomination from the denomination of its
Minister. The Ministers are as follows.
1. Election Minister
2. Legislation Minister
3. Army Minister
4. Navy Minister
5. Interior Communication Minister
6. Preventive Service
7. Indigence Relief Minister.
8. Education Minister.
9. Foreign Relations Minister.
10. Domain Minister
12. Finance Minister
Follow in this Chapter, such matter as belongs to them
all in common. What belongs to them separately will
follow in so many succeeding Chapters.
Art. 4. At sittings not termed not distinguished by the name of secret, the Pursuer General
Government Advocate like any other person has a right to be present. Even But even in
sittings distinguished by that name, the Pursuer General Government Advocate has
that right, exercisable in person or by Depute.
