Quere: For Ch XII. Judiciary Collectively.

§. 9 Remuneration.

Art. 1. The remuneration of a Pursuer Government Public Advocate
General is [ ] per day

Received from unwilling hands, ulterior emolument
is extortion; from willing ones preventative corruption.

Art. In a case purely public,part case if it be by an individual
acting spontaneously and without communication with the
Pursuer General that information is given of the in relation
to the fact of the supposed offence, the Judge and the Registrar will forthwith
make communications of an exemplar of the Minutes thereof to
the Pursuer General: and without need of special order
such communication will in consequence of the his attendance
in the Judicatory be either in person or by Depute
will be delivered to him and received by him of course.
