§. 11. Term of Service.
Art. 6. 5. To set on foot Establishments and Public works for
the service or say Sub-District or Bissubdistrict: there contained Establishments and use and benefit of the District all such public works as
to the several services of the departments under the such Establishments and public works as belong to the competence
charge of the following Ministers following namely
1. The Internal Communication Minister or department
2. The Provider Service Minister or department
3. The Indigence Relief Minister or department.
4. The Education Minister or Department.
5. The National Domain Minister or department.
Art. 1. Of the Pursuer General, the term of service Art. 1. Subject to dislocability as per §, 14, the term of service,
of an Immediate Public Pursuer Government Advocate is the same as that of the Judge as per Ch. XII §.
