§. 12 Migration
§. 12. Migration.
Art. 1. Subjected to migration are Public Pursuers Government Advocates Immediate: namely
in manner correspondent to that in which Judges are thereto subjected,
§. 12. Migration as to which see Ch. XII. Judiciary collectively. §. Migration
Art. 2. In the Judicatory of the same Sub District no Public Pursuer
General Government Advocate Immediate continues for any longer term than three years
with the eventual addition an eventual of a fraction of another term of three years year
added for the sake of uniformity in respect of term.
Art. 2. The term commencement term of continuance of the migration of a Pursuer
General does not take commence will not take place in the same year with that of a
Judge.
