§. 10. Checks.

Art. 1. Checks to the power of the a Pursuer Government Public Advocate
General are these which follow –

1. The power of the Judge Immediate as per Ch §. 2.

2. The power of the several authorities superordinate to that of
the Judge Immediate: namely the Judge Judge Appellate, the Justice
Minister, the Legislature: and also the Constitution, capable at
any time of acting upon the on the ground of any Report, made to it by its
Committees, sitting at in the Judicatory: namely that is to say in the Committee
of Judicial Visitors sitting in the Visitors Gallery, Gallery, and
the Quasi-Jury Box.

3. The concurrent authority given to individuals
at large: namely, in the character of informants, in cases non-penal,
and purely public penal cases; and in the
character of parties specially injured, and as such
Co-pursuers, in publico-private penal cases.

4. His dislocability, as per §. 14.
