Art. 5. Example of things appurtenances belonging to this
Sub department are the following.
I. Employed against more particularly against delinquency
I. Things immoveable
1. Offices called Police Offices, for the lodgment of Superordinate
Police Magistrates Foremen and their Subordinates
2. Watch-houses and Watch-boxes for lodgment of
Watchmen while on duty.
II. Things moveable.
3. 1. Beasts of saddle and re draught: more particularly in particular
Horses employed for Horse-patrolles.
II. Employed against calamity
I. Thing immoveable
1. Receptacles for the lodgment of Fire-engines for the extinction
of employing applying water to the extinction of conflagrations.
2. Dams and dykes for opposing the force of water.
3. Lazarettos, receptacles for persons under probation for
preventing the spread of diseases regarded as contagious.
4. Magazines: for receptacles for the accumulation of the necessaries of life
in large quantities to be in redin readiness against casual
and sudden deficiency in particular situations.
Art. 1. Dislocable is the Public Pursuer General by the Government Advocate of each Immediate
same hands and in the same manner Judicatory by the Pursuer Government Advocate General, Alt. as is the Judge:
namely as per Ch. XII. § 11. and Ch. XIII §. 3.
