Constitutional CodeCh. XIX Govt. Adv. General

Under George the fourth a not to speak of Frederic the first
Now in what sense can any man be said to be safe. In the same sense as
every man Suppos might have been said to be sure under

Instructional.

Suppose a safe in this sense to does it follow that
he will be a ? George the fourth is nt at
any rate is not known to be an Orangist. But the Duke
not was but is universally known to have been – not
only an Orangist, but the very head of the Orangists: and
the Duke of York of may be Frederic the first,
and the best of Kings . Being the its best
of Kings, and were he only one ordinary King, thereby
the Godlike incapacity of doing wrong, invested
by the matchless constitution with the power of converting
every thing that is wrong into every thing that is right
what should hinder him, what should restrain him from
being consistent acting consistently – from acting as a true an Orangist?
And this animal called a true Orangist what is he? What is he but
a main loathed base; a league with the most
influential and powerful of the one of the
kingdoms to secure impunity for whatsoever crimes
and more particularly for murder, as often as it
shall have been committed by any one of them for
the common purpose. In the present case The name indeed was withdrawn.
But in such a case does the heart follow the
name of course? The hand of necessity when its grips
grips is felt does it has it any such power
as that of lifting the hand? Oh no: on the contrary
does it not stick it. Stubbonness and determination
is in the heart so sure as contrition is in the
tongue.

Under an Orangist King, or under a King by
whom those tygers in human shape are suffered to remain
unwashed can the life of any who has rested fallen under his displeasure
be said to be safe: Oh yes: just under Tiberius every man
was safe: nothing had any man to fear so long as there was
nothing in his conduct by which the feelings of the God upon each
the Emperor of that day had been .
