Government Pursuer GeneralAdvocate General
§. 1

I. Residence
Art. 1. Resident in the Metropolis, or where wherever else is
the residence of the Prime Legislature will be the Pursuer Government
General. Advocate General.

II. Fields of Service.
Art. 2. Coextensive with the aggregate whole dominion territory of the
State, and thence with the aggregate of the several local fields
of service of the several Public Pursuers Government Advocates is his local
field of service.

Art. 3. Considered with these is his logical field of
service.

III. Function
Art. 4. Directive Function. In the exercise of their function Art. 4. In relation to his own Office he possesses the his

For exercise
Art. 6. In virtue of his directive function, he may in relation to
of any supposed offence or aggregate mass connected body of delinquency, issue
to the Public Pursuers Government Advocates of different Imm Immediate Judicatories,
to institute a discovery at the same directions for instituting and carrying on some pursuit against
supposed delinquents in any number at the same time.

Art. 7. The cases, in which this complex plan mode of pursuit
is most apt to be called into exercise, are those in which the
same forbidden end is has been pursued in earnest, at the same time, by
different delinquents in mutually distant places.
Examples are
1. Treason
2. Rebellion
3. Contrabandising
4. Forgery of On the occasion of Forgery in relation to public money, utterance of the produce.
