Art. 8. In determining the Immediate Judicatories,
in which, in each instance, pursuit shall have place he will be to have regard not only
to
forget the collateral any more than the direct to the collateral ends of justice – to the conviction
punishment of the defendant in case of delay , and to the
the minimization of delay vexation and expence to have in both cases to the supposed
but more particularly in case of non-delinquency. He will accordingly but perhaps erroneously supposed, wrongdoer, as well as the parties wronged
and witnesses, any more than the conviction and punishment of the supposed
in a case of necessity lessening in supposed wrongdoer in cas the want of his being found guilty. Accordingly he will
not, except in case of necessity, regard being had to the interests of all other
individuals interested, consequence of which issued a direction, on a defendant will have to be conveyed to be
a distance from his house or his domestic circumstances.

Art. 9. In general, he will not himself act as public Government
Pursuer Advocate at the Immediate Judicatoryof the within the fitness competence
which he resides:

Art. 9. A Registrar Attached to his Office is a Registrar.
The Registrar is location located by the Justice Minister: serving for life unless dislocated: dislocable by

Art. 10. A Of his own making, or at the instance of the
Justice Minister, in the exercise of his inspective function he makes Inspection or Visitation Circuits for the purpose of
