Art. 18. Art. 17. Art. 16. Attached to the Office of Pursuer Government Advocate General General, is
that of an appropriate Registrar: say the Pursuer Government Advocate General's Registrar.

The Relation to the Pursuer General is the Government Advocate same as that
of the a Registrar in an Immediate Judicatory to the Judge.

He is Located
by the Justice Minister. he serves Term of service for life. He is dislocable by
the Pursuer Government Advocate general, subject to relocable on Appeal, by the Justice Minister.
Causes of dislocation in other particular the same as in the case
of the Registrar of an Appellate Judicatory.

Art. 15. Art. 16. To his intercourse with informants, and persons
of other description by him and to his correspondence with Pursuer Generals Government Advocates he will give temporary and
provisional secresy, in every instance in which he thinks fit:
his order for secresy being entered in the Record by the word secret
written by him, with the initials of his names. The Record Record will
be a Journal of his proceedings official proceedings.

Art. 17. Art. Of the Record this cause manifold
examples are Art. 17. Such as per Ch. Registrars, will be thus disposed of

Art. 17. Exemplars will be disposed of as follows –
1. Kept In his Office, one.
2. Transmitted day by day to the Justice Minister, one.
3. Transmitted to the the Prime Minister, one.
In both instances they will be the Journal of the day transmitted are the same day when
taken minuted.
