Ch. Immediate Public Defenders Defenders of the Helpless
§. 1. Field of Registrar Service.

Art. 1. The same as that of the Judge, and that of the Immediate
Public Pursuer in an Def Immediate Judicatory is the Immediate Public Defender the local field
of service of the Defender of the Helpless.

Art. 2. Co-extensive with that of The same with addition

Art. 2. Co-extensive with that of the Immediate Public Pursuers,
but with addition as per Art. 3., is the Immediate Public Defenders his logical field
of service.

Art. 3. In all penal cases the De Immediate Public Defender
is Defender of the helpless: as to which see Ch. XII Judiciary
collectively. §. Justice for the helpless.

Art. 4. So in all non penal cases: to wit in all others
as well as in those in which Government is a party, to which
alone, as per Ch. XVIII. §. 1. where extends the Public Pursuers field of service

Art. 3. It if above includes, not only as does the that of
the Public Pursuer those non-penal cases in which the Government
is a party, but all other non-penal as well as penal
cases whatsoever.

Art. 4. It may happen be that on each side of the
suit has place a person having need of his assistance. In this
case he will locate on the pursuers side as a depute, on the Defenders two Deputes, one on the one side, the other on the other:
the other: or he himself may take be on one. But in any case he will determine in open judicatory, determine, by lot, the on which side each shall they shall respectively
serve: saving to the Judge the power of making the choice determination, for reason assigned.

§. 2. Relation to Judge

Art. 1. The is the Immediate Public Pursuers
as per Ch. §. 2. is the Immediate Public Defenders in any Immediate Judicatory the Defender of the Helpless, relation to
the Judge.
