Ch. Immed. Public Defenders of the Helpless
§. 4. Postulative or Money-craving function
Art. 1. Postulative function: Correspondent to that Immediate of the Public Pursuer
postulative function is, in an Immediate Judicatory, the postulative function of theImmediate
Public Defender of the Helpless. It is coextensive with the whole of the his
Immediate Public Defender's logical field of service as per §. 1. Art. 4
