Art. 1. By himself self or Depute the Immediate Public
Defender attends on every occasion in which a suit of the Helpless attends whenever on whatever every occasion
in which on which a person having need of his support is on the
Defendants side has place either side of the suit. is before the Judicatory
Art. 2. He will in consequence be in thus in attendance
as at the at every judgment seat of every Immediate Judge principal
with the Sub-District, on every occasion day on which a
suit so circumstanced is capable of coming on, and this on the carpet or liable to come on.

Art. 3. If, on any day, by reason of his absence
non-attendance as above a suit is adjourned, a days pay of his salary will, instead
of being paid to him, be paid to the as per Ch. XII. §. Justice
for the helpless be paid to the Equal Justice fund for that day, and every other day intervening
between that and the next day of meeting: and as also compensation
money, for whatever suffering damage in the shape of pecuniary
loss or any other shall have accrued to the party to whom his
service was done all damage to all parties.
