§. 6. Remuneration
Art. 1. The remuneration of Of the Defender of the Helpless an Immediate Public Judicatory
Defender the remuneration is [ ] per day.
Received from unwilling hands, ulterior emolument
is extortion; from willing ones, corruption.
§. 7. Power of deputation
Art. 1. To the Immediate Public Defender of the Helpless as to the Judge
and the Immediate Public Pursuer belongs the power of deputation
and the correspondent obligation of keeping it in effectual exercise.
§. 8. Term of service.
Art. 1. Subject to dislocability, as in the case of the Judge,
the term of service is, in the case of of the Immediate Public Defender of the Helpless the same
as that of the in that case of the Judge, as per Ch. XII. §.
§. 9. Migration.
Art. 1. Subjected to migration, in the same manner as
the Judge and the Immediate Public Pursuer is the in an Immediate Defender judiciary
General: the Defender of the Helpless: and to the Justice Minister under the Legislature, to
the Justice Minister it will belong so to order matters, as per Ch. XVIII. §. 12 as to minimize the length of
conviviality convivial intercourse, as between him and the Immediate Public Pursuer,
as well as between him and the Judge.
