§. 10. Located, how.

Art. 1. Located, in each Immediate Judicatory is the
Public Defender by the Justice Minister, in the same manner as
the Judge by per Ch. XII. §. 11 and Ch. XIII. §. 3 is the Judge.

§. 11. Dislocable, how.

Art. 1. Dislocable in each Immediate Judicatory is
the Public Defender, in the same manner as is the Judge: namely
as per Ch. XII. §. 11 and Ch. XIII. §. 3.

§. 12. Checks.

Art. 1. The same as those to the power of the Public Pursuer
as per Ch. XVIII. §. 15 are the checks which in each Immediate Judicatory apply to the
a situation of the Public Defender.

Art. 2. If of a person who, as for a criminal offence
has been suffered or been convicted, the >relative non-guiltiness
shall have sufficiently appeared, complaint may be made
by or on behalf of such convict against the Defender of the
Helpless, for want of sufficient attention or exertion. If against
such complaint satisfactory defence be not made,
the Judge will cause entry to that effect to be made in the
record.

Art. 3. So likewise in a non-penal case.

Art. 4. So, of insincerity, if flagrant, in anything
said or done by him in favour or disfavour of a person
whose cause he has espoused.

Art. 2. If of a person who, as for a criminal offence
