In the exercise of this
function, he writes or
causes write minutes
of all material discourses
and acts of the
several actors in the
Judicial Theatre, on
occasion of Judicial
sittings and hearings.
Art 2. Confessed Inspectors II. Attestation exacting

tenders minute Book
for signature, attesting
substantial correctness
and compleatness as
to every thing material:
assenting, the person
signs: of refusal
or omission entry

denial.

Art 2. Of every thing
required by Judge, Registrar
makes entry
on the Register. But,
as to every thing thus
entered, if otherwise
he would not have
entered it, he gives
intimation, by separating
from the rest
all words thus entered
by order, and
making entry of the
order so delivered: to
which entry, Judge is
bound to give attestation
by his signature.

by Registrar,

to obliterate or cause

to remain legible.
