field of service.

Registrar's services —
General description.
1. Statement of all acts
and material occurrences
having place
by or under judge's authority.
2. Of all do. without
doors having place in
consequence of judges
orders: whether compliances
or non-compliances,
being of a nature
to influence the result
of the suit.
3. In particular all,
by which existence,
authentication, receipt
or custody is given to
instruments or other
documents, expressive
of discourse held by
the judge or any other
actor on the judicial
Theatre.

4. Giving the existence &
authentication to suit
to which it belongs to
his office to give existence;
and custody
and authentication to
suit to which it belongs
to it to give do. respectively.

or other actor may require
judicial proceedings

whose acts they are.
