Constitutional Code

Art 6. Of the manifold mode of writing, the uses
are as follows –

1. By the multitude of exemplars, produced,
at an expence, which, with the exception of that
of the paper, is less than the expence of two in
the ordinary made, it affords means for furnishing,
at that small expence, to parties on both
sides, for themselves and assistants, all such documents
as they can stand in need of.

2. Every exemplar being, to an iota, exactly and
necessarily the same as every other, the expence
of revision by skilled labour is thereby saved, as
well as unintentional aberration rendered impossible.

3. An exemplar, kept in the Registrar's office,
will serve as a standard, whereby a security will
be afforded against all intentional falsification
on the part of the possession of any other exemplar.

4. By the reduction thus effected in the expence
of all judicial writings emaning from the Judicatory,
the protection of judicial afforded by judication in its best form will be brought
within the reach of a vast proportion of the
whole number of the people, to whom it could not
otherwise be afforded.

5. A A collateral benefit – a degree of security hitherto unexampled, against
destruction of judicial documents, by calamity
or delinquency, may thus, in the way shape of a
collateral benefit, be afforded, by the lodging og
exemplars, in divers offices, in which they would
be requisite for other purposes: exemplars of documents
from the Immediate Judicatories, being,
at the Appellate Judicatory, requisite for the exercise
of it's judicial functions: and, in the
office of Justice Minister, for the exercise of his inspective
and melioration-suggestive functions.
