Ch. Registrars
§. 9. Power as to Registrar.
Art. In the Register of the Judicatory the Judge has
no power to cause to be made destruction of any document
or obliteration of any part of one: nor alteration in any
such manner as to prevent the original state of the document from being
in any part discernible. He has Any entries that he thinks
fit to make in it he has power to cause to be made. But against any such entry it rests
with the Registrar to enter make entry of his protest against and
accompanying it or not accompanying it with reasons.
Relation as between Judge and Registrar continued
Art. If, when a Judge Depute permanent sits, the
