Constitutional Code I. Enactive Part

Art. 6 17. Art. 18. Judicative function To the Quasi Jury Minister will be addressed
all applications or petitions from individuals whose desire it is
to be exempted from the service. The By each such petitioner
a statement will be made of the class that one to while
he belongs of the several exempted classes: adding in proof
of the truth of his statement he adds an certificate
in such form as the Legislature or Sub-legislature as the case
may be shall have provided, signed by and individuals
in such number and condition each in such condition in life, and together collectively as the Legislature or
Sub Legislature shall have appointed ordained.

This certificate being a judicial declaration is
in case of falshood punishable accordingly.

Art. 5. On receipt of such amendments or instructions
for amendments the Registrar causes makes a
fresh set of manifold exemplars of the matter of the amendment
retaining the for information the original mass of evidence: in its original state in and for an
object of comparison,
and to the witness he delivers, to
be kept retained by him, a a manifold exemplar of the
evidence in each of its two states.

Art. 6. The expence, occasioned by such amendments,
will, according to the determination of the Judge, be
borne either by the witness or by the public: regularly
by the witness, by whom it was occasioned: but in consideration
of his pecuniary circumstances, or of the exigencies of the case, it
may, by the Judge, be transferred to placed carried to the account of the public.
