Art. 8. Registrars Functions in relation to preappointed Evidences.
Art. 8. With relation to the several species or modification
of preappointed evidence, the preservation
of which is included under he course of government
to the Register belong as to the several facts the seveal functions following of statistic
1. As to the several facts, functions statistic and recordative;
2. and recordative, with relation As to the Books into
which they the Minutes or entries relative thereto are received, the appli functions custoditive
and applicative; and with relation to the any apartments
or entire edifices
3. as to the edifices or apartments in which they are deposited,

Art. 9. Examples of the subject matter matter of various sorts of preappointed evidences
and motive to of the instruments or say the documents employed the
exhibition and conservation of them such evidence are the following

I. Registers Memorandums of events
1. Deaths to each lot power property, power and condition in life. property included. 2. Births.
3. Marriages.
4. 4. Divorces.
II. Legally instruments operative discourses.
5. Conveyances such as at large, such as the Legislature
5. Testamentary conveyances shall have commanded ordained or permitted to be : including conveyances of actual transfer and conveyance of encumbrances or eventual transfer, and discharge as of such encumbrances,
thus registered or recorded in namely the originals or transcripts thereof.
6. Conveyances testamentary or say post mortuary or post obituary, in partembens.
7. Contracts commanded ordained or committed permitted as above. 8. Depositions recordable with relation as to evidentiary to facts. 8. Declarations delivered under or without interrogation as to
facts,
eventually collative or ablative, with reference as to title to
property in things, or to services of persons, or power, or condition
in life, of persons and capable accordingly of
serving an Evidence the character of evidence.

Art. 10. Of Exceptions excepted, of every such document an
a transcript exemplar, if(a) made in the manifold way as per §. 1. transmitted to the Appellate Judicatory
and another to the Justice Minister.
