Art. 5. In the case of a Registrar other checks are
those which have place in the case of a Pursuer General, as
per Ch. §,

§. Regis Checks.

Art. 1. When once, by or by direction of the Registrar
a word has been entered in the Registrar, Register, to obliterate
it, or allow it to be obliterated, in such
manner sort as to be no longer legible, or to alter it
or allow it to be altered into any other word, would be an act of falsification
and as such punishable: so likewise the making addition of any word, at any succeeding time. But, by drawing a line
of a different colour across, in token of any error be at all times
