§. I. Locable who.

Art.1. To the choice made by the Justice Minister,
no special limitation has place in the case
of a Registrar.

Art. 1. In the case of a Registrar Immediate the qualification
necessary in respect of service performed in the situation of
a Depute, is the same as in the case of a Judge Immediate,
as per Ch. XII. §. Art.

§. 8. Migration none.

Art. 1. A Registrar does not migrate.
To prevent disconnection the formation of sinister connection between two parties, it is not necessary
that both should change place. The better
more intimate his acquaintance with the matter exhibitive of the proceedings of

aptitude for the exercise of will t as to the function of this Office.

Art. 1. Of a Registrar the attendance is governed
by the same rules as that of the Judge, Ch. For the
as per Ch. §.
A Registrar is the constant collaborator of the Judge.
