Ch. XIX. Registrars
§. 3. Functions
Art. 6. In regard to the Exceptions excepted, the Judiciary Registrars prudentiary functions
are confined to the no other than the receptive and
custoditive functions applied to the exemplars of the masses of evidence
brought into existence by the exercise given as per §. 5., to the
the minutative function by the several Local Registrars
within his territory.
Art. 7. Exceptions are
I. Minutation made of Existence given to The function by which existence is given to extrajudicial narrational preappointed evidence
by minutation made of it in compliance with an appropriate
application made for that purpose in the Judicatory.
The function minutative function thus applied belongs in common to the Judiciary
Register and the Local Register; the applicant having
his choice. But, of a mass of this sort, when produced brought
into existence by the Local Registrar, an exemplar is transmitted by
him, to and kept by, the Judiciary Registrar.
Art. 8. Exception 2. Minuting the several discourses held in
consequence of any other of the several modes, in which
application may be made to a Judge, as such, without
giving commencement to a suit. as for Instances, the sort
of application by which, as per Ch. XII. Judiciary collectively
§ 18., the exercise of the Judges preinterpretative
function is discreet requested. As to this and the
