Ch. XXII. Immediate Judicial Registrar.
§. 3. Effective functions

Art. 9. By the Registrar's Financial functions understand
the receipt and expenditure of those exercised in relation to the moneys committed entrusted
to his custody, for furnishing the pay of the several
other functionaries belonging to the judicatory, and defraying
the several other expence thereof. As to this see title
Remuneration in the chapters headed by the denominations
of the several functionaries.

Art. 10. Of the functions Included in the fund composed of the aggregate of those moneys
will be the elementary masses will be as follows following

1. Produce of the imposed by the Judge, as
per Ch.

2. Moneys transmitted to the Judicatory by the Finance
Minister for supply the fitting up of all such deficiencies as have
place in the supply afforded from the several other sources.
