Art. 2. Distinguished with reference to place, those
functionaries will be either stationary or itinerant:
stationary, as the several Local Headmen and Local
Registrars in the several Jud Bissubdistricts, as per Ch.
XXVI, XXVII: itinerant, as the several persons employed
in the exercise of the several functions, accersitive, prehensive
adductive, and the several others, which in the
adductive are coupled with the prehensive.

Distinguished as to permanence continuance have with reference to time, those functionaries
will be either established, or occasional: occasional
are all persons, exceptions excepted, with relation in respect of
reference subordination to the the Judge and Registrar
of the particular territory: in question: all persons without exception
in respect of subordination for the purposes of justice, to the appropriate
functionaries for the purposes of justice: taken in the aggregate: instance, the
subordination attained and included resulting from the
attribution of the end-compelling function to every Judge
Immediate, as per Ch. XII. Judiciary collectively.
