§. 3. Elementary functions

Art. 3. II. Elementary functions contained in the Providentiary function.

The documents, for the bringing of which into existence
or info custody is the object of this function, being

The several Bissubdistricts being the sections of territory local fields of service
or within which it is designed that they the Providentiary
function, as applied to its several matters should be
exercised, this the offices of the functionaries belonging official Chamber common to the two local
to those districts, to wit the several Local functionaries provided for each such section of , to wit
Head the Local Headmen and the Local Registrars, will, in general be in the places
in which and almost to the exclusion of the Judic Offices of the Judiciary Registrar, the documents in question will have to receive existence
and safe custody.

Remain accordingly for the elementary function
contained in the part taken by the Judicial Register in the exercise of the Providentiary function so far as performed
exercised by the a Judiciary Register, those only which
consist in the receptive, custoditive, and upon occasion
the accersitive as functions, as applied to exemplars of the several documents
when brought into existence or safe custody in those
subservient Offices the above mentioned subordinate
Offices.
