Art. 1. In the exercise of the litiscontestational
function, the Registrar commits to paper,
not only the relevant discourses, of which he has which, while
sitting in the Justice Chamber, have been heard by him
but chronological also in chronological order day by day statements of all the several relatively influential
matters fact of fact of which occurrence information concerning of which
have reached him.

Art. 2. By relatively influential understand all such
occurrences by which a suit may have the commencement
or termination of a suit may have been may have come to be produced, or
the course taken by it during its continuance, or the
effect produced by it after its termination, modified.
